Stress is a normal part of life that everyone has to go through and is a combination of our emotional and physiological respond to an events. stress can be good and bad and if the stress is in small amounts it can be considerate of good stress. Bad stress also comes from any situation or our thought and this thought can make us feel angry, frustrated and anxious while anxiety is the feeling fear inside us.
Stress and anxiety is very common to student who are sitting for their examination and if not check it can grow into more serious problem which will make you feel depressed all the time. Good nutrition, exercises and enough of sleep can help you ease stress. Avoid alcohol, drinks plenty of water.
