It can be a good stress if it is in small amounts thats gives us motivation an urge to do a good jobs and helps us to be more productive. Stress can be harmful to a person if has too much stress or strong responce to stress. If a person has too much stress its show its needs some rest and some exercise to reduce the amount of stress. It can leads to poor health, depression and heart disease. Persistent and unrelenting stress often leads to anxiety and unhealthy behaviors like overeating and abuse of alcohol or drugs.
